FCC RATIFIES PERFORMANCE OF ROCKY MOUNTAIN RADAR JAMMERS

On January 31st the FCC issued Citations to several of Rocky Mountain Radar’s internet dealers and a Notice of Apparent Liability to Rocky Mountain Radar. All of the Citations and the NAL were consistent with this quote from section II, para. 4:

“4. Subsequently, the Commission’s Office of Engineering and Technology (“OET”) Laboratory obtained samples…directly from RMR for testing. Testing of the samples indicated…., and are indeed capable of interfering with police radar.”

There is no equivocating or conditional statements: the FCC tested the C450 and the Phazer II and they did interfere with police radar!

This investigation was launched when Radar Roy and his associate Carl Fors of Speed Measurement Labs, sent in a barrage of ‘informal’ complaints to the FCC supplying them with names and addresses of Rocky Mountain Radar dealers and distributors. Even when we pointed out to the FCC that they were being used, they continued the alleged investigation with full knowledge and willful intent to provide our competitors competitive advantage.
